- 35 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 20 mlGentian liqueur
- 25 mlAmericano bianco
- 5 mlRosolio Bergamotto
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of scorched lemon wedge.
- 3THROW all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with lemon wedge.
