Ingredients
- 3 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
- 2 wedge Pineapple (fresh)
- 90 mlRiesling wine
- 15 mlOrange juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method

Select and pre-chill a GOBLET GLASS.

Prepare garnish of a grape, orange slice wheel and pineapple wedge.

MUDDLE grapes and pineapple in base of shaker.

FINE STRAIN (without shaking) into glass filled with crushed ice.

POUR other ingredients into glass.

COBBLE (churn/stir) with barspoon to thoroughly mix.

Garnish with grape, orange slice and pineapple wedge.
