Ingredients
- 60 mlReposado tequila
- 15 mlBlack raspberry liqueur
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlAgave syrup
- 1 dashOrange bitters
- Top up with Ginger beer
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon and lime zest twists.
- 3SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger beer.
- 5EXPRESS lemon and lime zest twists over cocktail and use both for garnish.
