Ingredients
- 75 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 15 mlAgricole rhum (unaged)
- 15 mlOrange Curaçao
- 3 dashAromatic bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and green olives.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish, along with olives.
