Ingredients
- 60 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 30 mlVermouth alla vaniglia
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Ramazzotti)
- 5 mlPeated malt whisky
- 3 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.
