- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 20 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 15 mlGentian liqueur
- 1 dashChocolate bitters
- 1 inch Vanilla pod
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and long cinnamon stick.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
