- 30 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlTriple sec
- 7.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 7.5 mlLemon juice
- 60 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist (flamed).
- 3SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5TOP with sparkling wine.
- 6EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.
