- 15 mlNavy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.)
- 15 mlLime juice
- 22.5 mlRosolio Bergamotto
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 10 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime wedge, paper boat or a miniature lifeboat person.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
