Ingredients
- 45 mlMezcal
- 15 mlRosolio Bergamotto
- 15 mlGentian liqueur
- 5 mlHoney and water syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (skewered).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail, then roll and skewer for garnish.
