- 45 mlMezcal
- 15 mlRosolio Bergamotto
- 15 mlGentian liqueur
- 5 mlHoney and water syrup
Method

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (skewered).

STIR all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail, then roll and skewer for garnish.
