Ingredients
- 3 whole Maraschino cherry
- 4 fresh Sage leaves
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 1 barspoonMaraschino syrup
Method
- 1MUDDLE cherries in base of shaker.
- 2Add sage leaves and lightly bruise with the muddler.
- 3Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
