- 15 mlCoffee liqueur
- 10 mlOrange juice
- 10 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlOrgeat almond liqueur
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange or lemon zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon or orange zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
