- 25 mlAlc. free vermouth (rosso) alt.
- 25 mlNon-alcoholic red bitter
- 6 dropRose water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries.
- 3MUDDLE raspberries in base of stirring glass.
- 4Add other ingredients and STIR with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6Garnish with skewered raspberries.
