Ingredients
- 40 mlBlanco tequila
- 10 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 10 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlRose sugar syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with Himalayan pink salt rim.(moisten outside edge with lemon juice and dip into salt).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into pre-prepared glass.
- 5No additional garnish. (The preprepared rim is garnish enough.).
