Ingredients
- 37.5 mlBlanco tequila
- 22.5 mlRose petal liqueur
- 15 mlAgave syrup
- 25 mlLime juice
- 6 dropMargarita Bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and dip into salt).
- 3Prepare garnish of edible rose petal.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into pre-prepared glass.
- 6Garnish with rose petal floated on cocktail.
