Ingredients
- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 45 mlTawny port
- 15 mlOrange juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a ROCKS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (discarded) and rosemary sprig.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
