- 4 fresh Strawberries (fresh)
- 30 mlStrawberry liqueur
- 5 mlLemon juice
- 105 mlProsecco
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice.
- 3MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- 4Add liqueur and lemon juice, SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.
- 7Garnish with strawberry slice on rim.
