- 30 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 22.5 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 8 dropGrapefruit bitters
- 60 mlTonic water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4POUR tonic water over the cocktail in your stirring glass/tin.
- 5STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
