Ingredients
- 50 mlLight white rum
- 15 mlParfait amour liqueur
- 15 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 3 dropMargarita Bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (and optionally edible viola flower).
- 3BLEND all ingredients with 7oz scoop of crushed ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish, or discard and adorn with viola flower.
