Ingredients
- 45 mlLight white rum
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 15 mlOP high ester aged pot still rum

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

FLOAT pot still rum.
