Ingredients
- 50 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 10 mlWhite overproof rum
- 7.5 mlFalernum liqueur
- 2.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange or lime zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange (or lime) zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
