- 15 mlOrgeat syrup
- 5 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 5 mlLicor 43
- 22.5 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 7 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
- 3SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5FLOAT dashes of aromatic bitters.
- 6Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.
