Ingredients
- 20 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 7.5 mlCognac (brandy)
- 7.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 5 mlElderflower liqueur
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 3 dropLiquorice bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass (no ice in glass).
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
