Ingredients
- 5 mlPastis
- 3 fresh Sage leaves
- 50 mlBirch eau-de-vie
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dropAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Rinse chilled glass Pastis and set aside.
- 2MUDDLE sage in base of stirring glass.
- 3Add other ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into the pre-rinsed glass over fresh ice (preferably a chunk of block ice).
