- 30 mlEspresso coffee (hot)
- 15 mlSalted caramel syrup
- 8 dropVanilla bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and caramel candy.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with salted caramel candy pegged to the rim.
