- 50 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 4 dropGrapefruit bitters
- 4 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a FIZZ OR HIGHBALL (8OZ TO 10OZ) GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip into salt).
- 3Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge.
- 4Prepare garnish of grapefruit slice wheel.
- 5SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 6STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 7Garnish with grapefruit slice wheel.
