Ingredients
- 30 mlCognac (brandy)
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 30 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 1 dashBoker's style bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange or lemon zest twist (classically lemon).
- 3THROW (or STIR) all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange (or lemon) zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
