- 1/2 tsp superfineSugar
- 2 dashesPeychaud bitters
- 1 tspWater
- 2 ozBourbon
- 1 twist ofLemon peel
Method
- 1Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with the absinthe, add crushed ice, and set it aside.
- 2Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and set it aside.
- 3Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass, and strain the drink into the glass.
- 4Add the lemon peel for garnish.
