Ingredients
- 30 mlMezcal
- 30 mlAged Jamaican rum
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlOrgeat almond liqueur
- 8 dropChocolate bitters
- 5 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of five-spice powder.
- 3POUR first 6 ingredients into glass and briefly stir.
- 4Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and SWIZZLE.
- 5FILL glass with more crushed ice.
- 6FLOAT dashes of aromatic bitters.
- 7CROWN with a mound of crushed ice.
- 8Dust ice crown with five-spice powder.
- 9Serve with a straw.
