Ingredients
- 45 mlVodka
- 30 mlBanana liqueur
- 30 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 45 mlWhipping cream
- 45 mlMilk (whole/full 3-4% fat)
- 1⁄2 fresh Banana
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of banana chunk (cut garnish from centre of banana and place the rest in the blender to make the cocktail).
- 3DRY BLEND (without ice) first 5 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.
- 4Add 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.
- 5POUR into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with banana chunk on rim.
- 7Serve with a straw.
