- 30 mlPeated malt whisky
- 30 mlMezcal
- 20 mlLime juice
- 15 mlOrgeat syrup
- 2 dashCelery bitters
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of aromatic bitters &/or dehydrated lime slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with line of aromatic bitters dashed across foamy head &/or float dehydrated lime slice wheel.
