Ingredients
- 2 barspoonGrapefruit preserve
- 60 mlLight white rum
- 7.5 mlTriple sec
- 15 mlElderflower liqueur
- 22.5 mlCranberry juice
- 7.5 mlPomegranate juice
- 15 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (flamed).
- 3STIR grapefruit preserve and rum in base of a shaker to dissolve the preserve.
- 4Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
