Ingredients
- 20 mlPeach schnapps
- 30 mlOrange juice
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 45 mlVodka
- 30 mlCranberry juice
- 15 mlBlack raspberry liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients (the 'beach' part) with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5SHAKE the last 3 ingredients (the 'sex' part) with ice.
- 6STRAIN into glass to sit on top of the 'beach' base layer.
- 7Garnish with orange slice.
- 8Serve with stirrer and instruct drinker to mix layers together before drinking.
