Ingredients
- 30 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 15 mlLime juice
- 15 mlPineapple juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlMaraschino syrup
- 30 mlAged Jamaican rum
Method
- 1BLEND first 5 ingredients with 4oz scoop of crushed ice and pour into an old-fashioned glass.
- 2POUR Jamaican rum into shot glass and serve alongside drink, instructing drinker to pour rum into cocktail prior to sipping (without straw).
