Ingredients
- 40 mlWhite overproof rum
- 15 mlLime juice
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 7.5 mlGrenadine syrup
- 60 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
- 2Save spent lime shell from juicing for garnish.
- 3SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda water.
- 5Garnish with spent lime shell.
