Ingredients
- 60 mlLight white rum
- 10 mlBlue curaçao liqueur
- 7.5 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain back into shaker.
