- 60 mlOloroso sherry
- 15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 7.5 mlPineapple juice
- 7.5 mlOrange juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge, orange slice, mint sprigs and seasonal berries.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5Garnish with pineapple wedge, orange slice, mint sprigs bouquet and seasonal berries.
