- 15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 7.5 mlPineapple juice
- 7.5 mlOrange juice

Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge, orange slice, mint sprigs and seasonal berries.
