Ingredients
- 60 mlAmontillado sherry
- 120 mlTomato juice
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 4 dashWorcestershire sauce
- 1 dashRed hot pepper sauce
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Celery salt

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of celery stalk.

RIM glass with salt and pepper (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and dip into mix of salt and cracked black pepper).

ROLL (rotate shaker over and over, rather than shake) all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish with celery stalk.
