Ingredients
- 60 mlOloroso sherry
- 22.5 mlTriple sec
- 30 mlOrange juice
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlGrenadine syrup
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of strawberry and mint sprigs bouquet.
- 3POUR all ingredients into chilled glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice.
- 4SWIZZLE until the outside of the glass is frosted.
- 5FILL glass with more crushed ice.
- 6Garnish with strawberry on rim and mint sprigs bouquet.
