- 25 mlSauvignon Blanc wine
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet pegged to rim.
