Ingredients
- 2 barspoonPowdered panela sugar
- 1 Splash Soda (club soda) water
- 10 mlAmbrato vermouth
- 55 mlCacao spiced rum
- 2 dashChocolate bitters
Method
- 1Put 2 spoons of powdered panela sugar in the glass.
- 2Add the vermouth and a splash of soda water.
- 3Use a barspoon to dissolve the sugar in the water.
- 4Add spiced rum, bitters and ice then STIR.
