Ingredients
- 45 mlSloe gin liqueur
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 1 barspoonPowdered sugar
- 120 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass. (No ice in the glass.).
- 5TOP with sparkling wine (or soda if you're cheap). Some like to add egg white to enhance foam. (The drink photographed here is without egg white and we prefer without.).
- 6Garnish with lemon slice on rim.
