Ingredients
- 45 mlSloe gin liqueur
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 1 barspoonPowdered sugar
- 120 mlBrut sparkling wine

Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass. (No ice in the glass.).

TOP with sparkling wine (or soda if you're cheap). Some like to add egg white to enhance foam. (The drink photographed here is without egg white and we prefer without.).

Garnish with lemon slice on rim.
