Ingredients
- 45 mlSouthern liqueur
- 15 mlBourbon whiskey
- 105 mlOrange juice
- 15 mlSloe gin liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
- 3STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5FLOAT sloe gin on surface. (It will bleed into cocktail.).
- 6Garnish with orange slice wheel.
