Ingredients
- 45 mlMezcal
- 10 mlOrange Curaçao
- 10 mlChilli liqueur
- 10 mlGinger liqueur
- 10 mlPineapple juice
- 30 mlLime juice
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare dust garnish made with an equal mix of powdered sugar, salt and cayenne pepper.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Dust with pre-mixed sugar, salt and cayenne dust.
