Ingredients
- 60 mlPeated malt whisky
- 15 mlDry vermouth
- 15 mlElderflower liqueur
- 5 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist (flamed).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS flamed grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
