Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 fresh Passion fruit
- 45 mlPineapple and chili vodka
- 15 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 60 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of float half passion fruit..
- 3Wash and cut 2 fresh passion fruits in half.
- 4SCOOP out the seeds and flesh from 3 of the passion fruit halves into your shaker.
- 5Add the next 4 ingredients (all but the sparkling wine).
- 6SHAKE with ice.
- 7FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 8Float the remaining passion fruit half for garnish.
- 9Optionally, separately POUR the sparkling wine into a chilled shot glass to serve alongside the cocktail.
