  • 50 mlAmaretto liqueur
  • 25 mlChilli liqueur
  • 30 mlLemon juice
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of float red peppercorns or a thin slice of red chili pepper on the drink's foaming surface..

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice).

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
