Ingredients
- 50 mlSoda (club soda) water
- 50 mlTonic water
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
Method
- 1POUR first 2 ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- 2Carefully pour cognac so it floats to form a gold layer over the clear soda and tonic.
- 3Add a wooden lollipop stick as the drinker should stir before enjoying.
