- 30 mlSour cherry gin
- 22.5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 22.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 15 mlCrème de noyau
- 7.5 mlCherry juice
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.
