  • 30 mlStout beer
  • 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 30 mlLemon juice
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method

    DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice).

    Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.
