Ingredients
- 2⁄3 scoop Vanilla ice cream
- 15 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlGrand Marnier
- 15 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 45 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange slice/wedge skewered with Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3PLACE scoop of ice cream in base of chilled glass.
- 4ADD next 3 ingredients and STIR to dissolve and incorporate most of the ice cream.
- 5TOP with sparkling wine (which should foam).
- 6Garnish with orange slice/wedge on rim skewered with maraschino cherry.
