  • 2⁄3 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • 15 mlCognac (brandy)
  • 15 mlGrand Marnier
  • 15 mlMaraschino liqueur
  • 45 mlBrut sparkling wine

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of orange slice/wedge skewered with Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

    PLACE scoop of ice cream in base of chilled glass.

    ADD next 3 ingredients and STIR to dissolve and incorporate most of the ice cream.

    TOP with sparkling wine (which should foam).

    Garnish with orange slice/wedge on rim skewered with maraschino cherry.
